On the weekend of September 13-15, the capital, within Romexpo, will be the host of a memorable and unique musical event in the world, Unforgettable Festival. The public from Romania and beyond will be part of a celebration of music that will cross four generations, bringing together internationally renowned artists from the world of classical and modern music.
Jessie J is coming to Bucharest!
The organizers officially announce one of the big surprises of the stage, Jessie J! The international superstar will take the stage Unforgettable Festival and promises a spectacular show! Known for hits like “Price Tag”, “Domino” or “Bang Bang”, Jessie J will bring an explosion of energy and charisma to Romexpo, turning the stage into an unforgettable show. Prepare to be electrified by his impressive voice and the unique duet he prepares.
Fans can expect a memorable performance where his energy, charisma and knack for blending catchy beats with powerful messages will transform the stage into a live music playground full of surprises and unforgettable moments. Jessie J will bring fresh air to the festival stage, marking one of the most vibrant and dynamic performances of the edition.
Memorable line-up and world premiere collaborations
The Unforgettable Festival long awaited will transform Bucharest into the epicenter of the art of music. for 3 days, Romexpo will become a live music arena, with 12 shows featuring 20 international artists. Among them are Al Bano and Romina Power, the iconic Italian duowho comes to Romania to delight us with the songs that conquered Europe in the 80s, while Julien Dassin will pay tribute to the music of his father, Joe Dassin, with contemporary interpretations of his famous hits. Gypsy Kingsthe famous French band, will raise the mood with its flamenco and rumba rhythms, guaranteeing moments full of energy and dancing, and Lara Fabian and Garou, both with roots in France, bring international pop and rock to the stage with a dash of deep emotion and soulful performances. It will also be present Havasi, the well-known pianist from Hungary, famous for his unique combination of classical music, rock and electronic elements.
On stage Unforgettable Festival they will go up too master Gheorghe Zamfir, also nicknamed the King of Naiului, Laura Bretan, the young soprano who wowed audiences worldwide with his exceptional vocal talent, Elena Mosuc, known for her vibrant interpretations of Mozart's works, Puccini and Monserrat Marti Caballewith a performance that reflects her mother's royal musical heritage.
Bucharest National Opera Orchestra, under the baton of world-class master conductors – Daniel Jinga, Giora Linenberg and Alterisio Paoletti – will accompany the moments of the festival, staged with great passion by the incomparable director Claudiu Stan. There will also be Sorin Francu, the actor with unparalleled stage presence.
World premiere duets
An element that will give a new touch to the entire festival is represented by the duets that will happen for the world premiere. For the first time on a stage, Garou will sing with Lara Fabian, alongside Julien Dassin, Daniel Lavoie, Chiara Di Bari, the songs from the famous musical “Notre-Dame de Paris”, including the mega-hit “Belle”, loved by millions of people.
Al Bano and Romina Power will sing in the symphonic premiere with maestro Gheorghe Zamfir, Havasi, the fastest pianist in the world, will sing in the premiere with Laura Bretan. Spectators will also be surprised with other unique moments, about which the organizers will reveal details later.
