The Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest (ASE) has started registration for undergraduate university programs, which will be held online until Friday, July 19, at 4 p.m.
ASE put out a generous offer of 7,696 places, of which 3,130 in the form of funding from the budget (for Romanians, EU, EEA, Romanians everywhere and non-EU). Candidates have at their disposal 35 bachelor’s programs – 25 for full-time education, conducted in Romanian, English, French or German, 9 distance programs and one part-time – at the following faculties: Business Administration, with teaching in languages foreign; Public Administration and Management; Business and Tourism; Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics; Accounting and Management Information Systems; Right; Agricultural and Environmental Economics; Theoretical and Applied Economics; Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchanges; Management; Marketing and International Economic Relations.

The documents required for registration can be consulted on the 2024 License Admission page. The registration fee for undergraduate university programs for full-time education is 120 lei, an amount that includes the first two options, and for the following options an additional fee of 40 lei/option. For distance and part-time education, the registration fee is 145 lei (regardless of the number of options). The registration fee can be paid directly from the registration platform.
Admission Calendar can be consulted on the Undergraduate Admissions page and must be followed by candidates throughout the admission period. On Tuesday, July 23, the language proficiency test will be taken online by candidates who have options for programs with foreign language teaching or for the “Modern Applied Languages (English, French)” program and do not have a language proficiency certificate recognized by TO. Between July 29 and 31, candidates allocated to the budget, fee or waiting list confirm their place, and on August 1 the final display takes place, where candidates will find out which university program they have been admitted to.
Candidates applying to the undergraduate university programs of the faculties Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics (CSIE) and Right they will support written exam.
Candidates formulating options for undergraduate degree programs within Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics take a written exam, which consists of a grid test, in the discipline Math, based on the subject matter and the bibliography displayed on the university website. Candidates who enroll in the programs taught in Romanian take the exam on Thursday, July 25, and those who opt for the program organized in English take the exam on Friday, July 26. Details about the conduct of the admission competition and the calculation of the general admission average at CSIE can be found on the dedicated page – ase.ro/admitere-csie. to law Schooladmission is based on a written exam, which takes place on Thursday, July 25 and consists of a grid test in the subjects Romanian language and Economy, according to the competition theme and bibliography presented on the website. Complete information about the admission competition is available on the page ase.ro/admitere-drept. Candidates can access model subjects, with solutions, for Romanian language and economics.
Candidates for the CSIE and/or Law faculties can formulate, during the registration process, options for any other university degree programs offered by ASE.
Candidates and their companions can stay during the admission period in one of the ASE dormitories, located in the ultra-central area of Bucharest, at a rate of 15 lei/night for candidates and 20 lei/night for their companions.
For the other 10 faculties, the admission competition consists:
· motivational essay
· language proficiency test;
· general admission averagecalculated as a weighted average between the average obtained at the baccalaureate exam (70%) and the average of the years of high school studies (30%).
