According to the information obtained by the journalists of prosport.ro, Dinamo is going to have a share capital increase through which Eugen Voicu’s participation in the club’s shareholding will decrease. The beneficiary of this move will be the company Renovatio. Which has already made important contributions to the club’s budget, investing approximately 10 million euros, starting from September 2023.
“As much as I could contribute, I did. I have reached a situation where I think it is better to take this step. Things are placed on a tray. The direction we set is good, Dinamo is on the right path. I will keep a certain percentage of the shares, yes. There will most likely be a change in the Commercial Register soon“, Eugen Voicu explained to prosport.ro journalists.
Borcea: “Dinamo will fight for the title!”
Commenting on the upcoming change at Dinamo, Cristi Borcea, the former leader of the red-whites, was pleased that Voicu will cede a large part of his shares to people with much greater financial resources.
“Voicu was into fireflies, not dwarfs! His decision was very correct. First of all, for him. I said a month ago that he has no financial strength. The people from Renovatio are very strong, very serious. I know them all. There are several boys, they are very serious, very professional. You will see that Dinamo will compete in the championship and will have a budget of 20 million euros“, said Borcea, at Fanatik Superliga.
