The Romanian-American University has opened the online registration period for admission in the academic year 2024-2025 to the bachelor’s and master’s programs. Prospective students can register on the admissions platform until July 24, 2024 for Bachelor’s programs and until July 25, 2024 for Master’s programs.
Candidates have the opportunity to register in person, directly at the headquarters of the Romanian-American University, Bulevardul Expozizione 1B, Bucharest, between July 8 – 24, 2024 for the undergraduate programs, respectively July 8 – 25, 2024 for the master’s programs. For both Bachelor and Master, the admission contest will take place on July 26. The results will be communicated in no more than 2 calendar days (bachelor’s degree), respectively 4 days (master’s), from the date of the competition, at the University headquarters, but also online in the dedicated section on the website.
New for admission 2024-2025: SkillQuestthe first educational virtual escape room
The Romanian-American University recently launched SkillQuest – the first escape room educational virtual through which future students can identify their vocational inclinations. SkillQuest helps identify the right faculty for their profile, while also giving them the opportunity to schedule a discussion with a representative of the institution for personalized advice. The game takes young people directly to the University campus, and based on a unique password obtained by finding clues, they will “unlock the way to the future” and access an interactive quiz whose results will help them embark on a focused journey to success on their potential and vocation.

How to get admission in 2024 at the Romanian-American University:
Admission to undergraduate studies it is adapted to the specialized fields, as well as to the training of the candidates. At the Romanian-American University, admission to undergraduate programs in Romanianis done taking into account a baccalaureate average (50%) and of one Attested/Certified (50%) issued by pre-university education institutions and recognized by the Ministry of Education or institutionally recognized certificates in one of the fields of economics, computer science, Romanian language or foreign languages.
Runthose who do not hold certificates, they will supportholds a ProbUm of Competition which constin an online Essay or Interview (at the candidate’s choice) regarding the motivation for choosing the Romanian-American University and the field of study (faculty / specialization). High school graduates with a baccalaureate diploma who have obtained I, II, III awards, mentions or special awards at national and/or international school Olympiads (recognized by the Ministry of Education) may be admitted without taking the admission test, having the equivalent of 10 ( ten) grade in the Competition Test.
Admission to the programs of the Faculty of Physical Education, Sport and Physiotherapy is done by taking into account the average of the baccalaureate average (50%) and the competition test (50%), respectively the test of motor skills (applicative time trial route – July 26, 2024, at 09:00 or 16:00, at your choice at the Sports Base of the University). For the “Physical and Sports Education” study program, candidates can present an attestation/certificate in the field of sports, Romanian language or foreign languages recognized by the Ministry of Education, in order to pass the competition test.
Admission to undergraduate programs taught in English it is done on the basis of an online interview in English and the document certifying the level of knowledge of the English language.
Admission to master’s studies it is done on the basis of a written exam – essay/project, developed in accordance with the specialized topic displayed, taking into account the undergraduate average, in descending order of the final averages, within the limits of available places.
