For the Promotion echelon, the action will take place on the field of the Tei Student Sports Cultural Complex in Bucharest, where the teams will compete to secure a place in the national elite.

What is GFP Rugby Club?
GFP Rugby Club (Sports Association “Gentlemen Without Principles” Rugby Club) is a sports structure in Romania made up of components that come from a wide area of the rugby phenomenon: former players, practitioners of the game of rugby without a specific background and people who love this sport, having the most varied professions, doctors, engineers, economists, civil servants, military personnel, artists, entrepreneurs.
Last year, GFP Rugby Club participated as a representative of Romania in the most important event in world amateur rugby – 1st World Amateur Rugby Festival.
The main objective of the Sports Association “Gentlemen Without Principles” Rugby Club (GFP RC) has achieved the acceptance of the honorable invitation to participate in the first edition of the Rugby World Cup at amateur level, a competition organized by the World Amateur Rugby Festival Association (AFEMORA), under the auspices of the SUD France Committee and the French Federation of Rugby, the members active in organizing the Rugby World Cup France 2023.
