The meeting took place on a street in Lausanne. When asked about the cost of living in Switzerland, the Romanian answered that, although the price of an apartment is definitely higher in Switzerland, food costs are similar to those in Romania.

“You are from Switzerland?” was the first question addressed to the Romanian woman.
“No, but I live here. I’m from the Balkans,” she answered.
“How much money do you need per month to live in Switzerland?” asked the Ukrainian tik toker.
“Between 7,000 and 8,000 euros“, answered the Romanian.
