A new Romanian comedy, the “Pro TV” brand, will be available on the small screens this fall. The series “Scara B” is a series that, at first glance, could be confused with “Las Fierbinți”, say the actors.

In the new series you will find out what a grumpy pensioner, a convinced family man, two (semi-convinced) bachelors, two lively students and an urban Shaolin master who lives with his mother have in common, according to Pro Tv.
Scala B is a comedy blockbuster that explores the daily life of neighbors in a block of flats in Bucharest. With each episode, the series will open the doors to the tenants and introduce the housemates to the interactions and situations of those who live in the same building. In a comical manner, but with poignant situations, Scale B will provide an overview of the diversity of people and the impact that daily actions have on each one.
“As you know, in recent years we have focused on the growth of fiction productions, and each has been a success demonstrated by the audience figures. That’s why I can say, right now, that the viewers will be delighted with the new comedy, Scala B, which brings a special humor, well-defined characters, which are played by established actors and loved by the public. It’s an impressive cast backed by the most suitable production team”, said Antonii Mangov, Programming Director.
Behind the Scara B concept is the very producer of the phenomenon series “Las Fierbinți”, who says that this new comedy comes from an in-depth study of real characters:
“After almost 15 years, we created a new microuniverse together with two talented young writers and actors: Dan Rădulescu and Bogdan Cotleț. This time, the action moves to the heart of the city, in a block scale in Bucharest. You will probably have a tendency to compare it to Las Fierbinți, but I advise you not to because I assure you it has a completely different structure and rhythm“, declared Dragoș Buliga.
With a combination of humor, well-defined characters and relatable situations, Scara B promises to be a tasty comedy that will bring smiles and warmth to the hearts of viewers.
