“A pensioner, when he is dissatisfied or confused about what he finds, should do a minimum preliminary procedure, in the sense of making a petition to Pension Houseor to go to the public relations office or to an audience with the management of the Pension House in which to ask for clarifications, additional information regarding the content of this recalculation decision“, explained Daniel Baciu live on Antena 3 CNN.
The Head of the Retirement Home said that he has spoken to the Directors of the Retirement Homes to assign more clerks to the counters in case pensioners go to ask for more information.
“This week we had a video conference with all the directors of the Pension Houses and we asked them that in the immediate period, starting next week, they allocate more employees to the counters, to the public relations offices – because we expect that pensioners who do not really understand these indicators, which are not very complicated, (no- to go to the counters for clarifications) – to give the necessary relations to each individual pensioner who comes and requests this information“, stated the head of the Pension House.
The Romanian Post announces that the delivery of recalculation decisions will take approximately two weeks, so pensioners who will not receive them today, or next week, have nothing to worry about.
Postal workers from all over the country have started distributing the envelopes with the pension recalculation decisions. Almost 10,000 postmen went to the field since the early hours of the morning to deliver the documents to the beneficiaries.
In the next two weeks, all approximately 4.6 million documents will be distributed, with an average of 500,000 envelopes handed out daily.
If the owner of the decision is not at home when he is visited by the postal factor, the document can be handed to a family member or a relative.
If they are not at home either, then the beneficiary can later personally pick up the document from the post office to which it is addressed.
“The process of distributing pension recalculation decisions will be completed by August 30, 2024 at the latest”, write the representatives of the Poșta Română company on a social network.
