Regarding the Romanian elections for the presidential race that will take place at the end of this year, Cristian Tudor Popescu claims that he has already outlined an algorithm for how he would put the stamp.
“If Simion G. or Soșoacă D. reach the 2nd round, it will not be easy, nor pleasant, but it will be clear: I am not voting for Putin.
If not, then whatever the pair is in round 2 of the half-man riding half-lame rabbit, Ciolacu M., Ciucă N., Geoană M., as well as the milking doe with Firea G., Lasconi E., for the absolute first time in my career as a voter, I will give the penny”, wrote Cristian Tudor Popescu on his page Facebook.
Last month, when information about the possible candidates for the presidential elections began to appear, the journalist made another controversial comparison: George Simion and Mircea Geoană.
“G. Simion launched his electoral program “Stupidity pays”, in which he offers the people houses for 35,000 euros, a price subsidized by him when he will be the president of Romania. Should I be ashamed, as a Romanian, that hundreds of people gathered at the AUR campaign headquarters in Bucharest and Cluj to sign, with name, “pronoun” and CNP, the “contract with Simion”?
No, you don’t have to. Because in September 2009, during the electoral campaign for the presidency of Romania, the PSD president at the time, none other than Mircea Geoană, “gave the people”, more precisely he promised Romanians from the diaspora who would have returned to the country, 20,000 euros each for a hat “at installation”. Geoană has not retracted this disgraceful electoral slur even today, when he is again running after Cotroceni from the position of Deputy Secretary General of NATO.
However, it must be said that at his door Geoananeither here nor at NATO, no repatriated Romanian came to ask him for a penny from the €20,000. From which it follows that, after 15 years, our stupidity is more and more expensive“, wrote, at that time, CTP on its Facebook page.
