Mihai Găinușa, known for his appearances in the show “Cronica Cârcotașilor”, is now part of the “Asia Express” 2024 competition, where he continues to demonstrate his skills.

In this unique adventure, he is supported in front of the television by Oana Ioniță, the former baby from “Cronica Cârcotășilor”, but also his wedding bride. She spoke exclusively to Click! about the qualities of Mihai Găinușa and his chances to win the big trophy, worth 30,000 euros.
In the competition, Mihai Găinușa seems to be doing very well, proving that he can face physical challenges. However, his team partner, Oana Paraschiv, was on the verge of giving in, due to her elevator phobia.
This critical moment was handled calmly by Mihai, who knew about this fear of his colleague for a long time. In a difficult situation, when Oana was close to fainting, Găinușa managed to keep calm and lead the team forward, overcoming the complicated test together.
“Blank, I couldn’t see anything! We climbed the stairs, we made it, we took off our shoes at the temple and bomb: elevator. “I can’t, I can’t! Because I don’t have air…I can’t! That’s usually what happens to me, I get scared, I get all those, I faint. I felt like I couldn’t breathe“, said Oana Paraschiv, describing an extremely difficult moment for her, but which she overcame with Mihai’s help.
In addition to the physical challenges, Mihai Găinușa revealed what is his biggest fear in this competition. While he’s not afraid of exotic menus or hitchhiking between towns, finding a place to stay is his biggest concern.
“The thing I dreaded the most began, namely the rush to find accommodation, because at the top of my list of fears, before leaving on the Asia Express, I put finding accommodation“, declared Mihai, since the first days of the adventure.
Oana Ioniță, a great supporter of Mihai Găinușa, provided some details about the strengths of her former colleague and godfather. She is convinced that Mihai’s humor and irony will help him win the public’s sympathy. “I don’t know how many chances Mihai Găinușa has to enter the final, at the physical tests, but he has a great chance to reach the hearts of all Romanians, to be liked by everyone. I can see him growing as an image in this competition“, said Oana Ioniță.
She added that Mihai Găinușa’s humor and natural personality are his strongest weapons. “But he can gather votes with his irony and humor, these are his strong points, which can help him win the contest or at least reach the final. You can’t help but love him, it’s natural. You feel like smiling only when you see him!”, declared the dancer.
In addition to supporting her godfather, Oana Ioniță also takes care of her own professional projects. After giving up collaboration with “The Chronicle of Cârcotași”, she focused on her dance school and a new media project, her own podcast.
