The company K2 TOP BUSINESS CONSULTING SRL, based in a house in Voluntari (Ilfov) and which has only one employee, has been shortlisted by the Ministry of Finance for state aid that supports investments with an impact on the economy. The state aid is worth over 234 million lei, according to Ziarul Financiar.
The company owned and managed by Valentin Voica, former platoon commander at the Ministry of Defense, had a turnover of almost 270,000 lei in 2023, an increase of 27% compared to the previous year. The company has only one employee and was founded in 2010.
The only employee of the company is its shareholder and administrator, Valentin Voica, who between 1998 and 1999 was commanded by a platoon within the Ministry of Defense.
The application of the company based in Voluntari, which offers security and risk management services, obtained the highest score of 150.86 points and is scheduled for analysis starting on September 10.
The value of the investment for which he requested state aid amounts to 396 million lei, 100% being eligible expenses, and the value of the state aid is 234 million lei. The aid would cover more than half of this investment. The project is to be analyzed by the ministry’s specialists.
