“Although it was a short discussion, we managed to touch on essential topics for Romania and the region, such as Moldova’s support on the European road and cooperation in energy security.
“Moments like these remind us how important dialogue and strong partnerships with the EU are.”stated Ciucă on his personal page.
According to the Presidential Administration in Chisinau, the President of the EC is making a working visit that will take place on October 10, and will hold talks with the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu.
Also, the PNL president was in Chisinau today, where he met with Maia Sandu, reaffirming on this occasion Romania’s support for the Republic of Moldova in the European Union integration process.
“Today’s meeting, in Chisinau, with Maia Sandu, the president of the Republic of Moldova, was an opportunity to reaffirm my full support for the courageous reforms initiated in Moldova.”, he said.
