The elected deputy of the AUR, Tiberiu Boşutar, was placed under judicial control for 30 days, following searches carried out in the file opened in his name on December 7, for public instigation.

According to the information sent on Saturday by the Bistrita-Năsăud County Police Inspectorate, the searches took place within the Bistrița-Năsăud and Suceava counties.

“On December 13, for the administration of the evidence in a criminal case under the control of the police officers of the Bistrita Municipality Police, 2 home search warrants were implemented in the counties of Bistrita-Năsăud and Suceava. The activities were carried out in within a criminal case, under the coordination of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bistriţa-Năsăud Court, in which investigations are carried out under the aspect of committing the crime of public incitement. Items with evidential value were discovered during the searches. Also yesterday, December 13, the police executed an arrest warrant in the name of a 50-year-old man, suspected He was taken to hearings and later presented to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bistriţa-Năsăud Court, which ordered him to be placed under judicial control for 30 days”stated IPJ, quoted by Agerpres.

The activities carried out benefited from the support of police officers from the General Police Directorate of the Municipality of Bucharest and the Suceava County Police Inspectorate.

On December 7, the police opened a criminal case for public incitement, after the coordinator of AUR Bistrita-Năsăud, Tiberiu Boşutar, came to the County Electoral Office to pick up his certificate of election as deputy, said in a live broadcast on Facebook that “we should blow up these buildings” referring to the building where the Prefect’s Institution operates.

Boşutar expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that the presidential elections were cancelled.
