Romanian Football Cup: Metalul Buzău left FCSB on the outside

Universitatea Craiova and Metalul Buzău qualified for the quarter-finals of the Romanian Football Cup, after winning the away matches, on Wednesday evening, in the third stage of Group B.

The second league team Metalul Buzău won the group after defeating the third league team Agricola Borcea with 3-0.

The University prevailed in Bucharest against FCSB with a score of 2-0, thanks to the goals scored by Carlos Mora (45+1), following a corner, and by Alexandru Mitriţă (84), from a free kick from 20 meters.

In another match, Dinamo drew with Petrolul Ploiesti, 0-0, in Bucharest.
