I was horrified and shocked by the conditions“, was the reaction of the mother, to Digi 24, after she was hospitalized for five days with her baby due to laryngitis.

The conditions in the medical facility shocked her. The mess, the old furniture, the stained linen, the bugs were just some of the things that terrified the young mother.

Old furniture, stained upholstery, the tub in the salon was rusty, no hot water in the salon, cobwebs. Things that were no longer used were stored on the balcony that could be seen from the living room: a very old television, a children’s cot. The toilets, which say, in quotes, recently renovated, look deplorable, the drains clog, you can’t shower, you can’t touch that plastic shower waste“, said the mother.

The nightmarish situation in the hospital was reported by the mother on the “Moms from Cluj-Napoca” Facebook group. After five days spent in the hospital, she asked to be discharged. “It was a terrible experience, I was left traumatized“, you told me this.

Instead, hospital representatives admit that the entire building is old and in urgent need of repair.

The president of the Cluj County Council (CJ), the institution under which the medical unit is located, announces that he will start an investigation and threatens to dismiss the manager of the medical unit.

What the lady pointed out definitely exists and then basically the management there has a problem. As for me, I will urgently demand the explanatory note from the manager and if, in record time, he will not return to normality, I will demand his dismissal“, said Alin Tișe, president of the Cluj Court, for Digi24.
