At minute 1.40, Alfred Simonis, PSD leader, tells the head of the party president: “Do you remember when you told the party that no one should vote for Simion because we are not sure that we will enter the second round? Know that I gave them all”.

Afterwards the head Marcel Ciolacu stated: “I’m sorry to see my sons on that Sunday. You are a parent like me, but Filip is older than your children. I felt that there was pressure on him and you also saw that he came that night in Bermuda shorts when it was 5 degrees outside. And I’m sorry I left and didn’t insist and stay there so that wouldn’t happen”Ciolacu said.

After this exchange of words in the case of last year’s presidential elections, the two continue with other revelations.

Marcel Ciolacu missed entering the second round in the November 24 vote, by approximately 3,000 votes, becoming the first PSD leader who failed to enter the second ballot in the last 35 years. The head of the PSD ranked third in the presidential elections, after Călin Georgescu and Elena Lasconi. George Simion ranked fourth.
