The Ministry of National Defense (MApN) specifies that the actions of disinformation and manipulation in the online space have increased. Attention is drawn to the TikTok account “raisa 8283” who falsely claims to be a military reservist.

MApN draws attention to the fact that, especially on digital communication platforms, some people, who express different opinions, falsely claim to be employees or former employees of the Ministry of National Defense.
“The most recent situation of this kind that we report is that of a person who manages accounts on the TikTok platform under the pseudonym “raisa 8283” and who is presented as a “reserved lieutenant colonel, former agent of the Army Secret Service (sic !)”, reports MapN.
About the person who manages this account, MApN says that he does not appear in its records.
“Following requests for clarification sent by some media institutions, we specify that the person in question does not appear in the records of the Ministry of National Defense as a military reserve and was never employed in our institution, let alone in military intelligence structures”, announces MApN on its InfoRadar platform.
The woman, who goes by the name “Raisa” and invaded the Internet in recent months with pro-Georgescu propaganda, is called Marcela Simona Fica. She became famous in 2016 when she launched several conspiracy theories related to the Collective and the company Hexi Pharma.
“Raisa” claims to have been an agent with the Army’s Secret Service (DGIA) and is now a reserve lieutenant colonel.
On January 17, the “raisa 8283” account on TikTok disappeared, but new ones, “raisa 82830” or “raisa8283oficial”, were opened.
