“Most of these cases come to us because we have the only toxicology clinic in Bucharest and yes, we have such cases. We had a rather intense collaboration with the National Anti-Drug Agency, regarding the collection of data related to such patients. (…) in November and December, we had about 30 patients (…) I haven’t seen a blood alcohol collection for a long time. In general, the Police brought a lot of drivers suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol, but you should know that now when they come, especially on weekends, we have about 4-5 a day to collect biological samples for the consumption of psychoactive substances and many of they admit with disarming nonchalance that they have consumed“, said Bogdan Opriţa, on Medika TV, on Tuesday evening, news.ro writes.
Oprița says that those who arrive in the Emergency after consuming drugs do not end up in a serious condition.

But the cases impress because they generally come from young people. When asked how long they are kept hospitalized, Opriţa explained that it depends on their desire to collaborate to get rid of drug use.
