“If there were ministers who wanted to make a micro-management, I think it’s a big mistake for such a complicated and complex system and I want to be honest from the beginning and tell you that my role is to go out Always when we have to discuss vision, strategy, monitor operational implementation, but I do not do it, to be careful to work well and when big problems arise, not every minor system must reach the minister.

When big problems arise, to make sure that we react quickly, transparently and at the same time, if there are no rules to correct the problem that arose, to quickly create the respective rules. I think this is the function of a minister, not to be a kind of administrator who makes micro-management to such a complicated system, of the complex“, the minister said on Thursday night in a video message on Facebook.

He also stated that he did not come out of personal interest to the ministry’s head, but to make things work. Daniel David also stated that, because the cause of the very high dose of distrust, the population wants to address the minister directly.

“You have, at this moment, a minister who has not come for political interests, for personal interests, but to make things work well, so that when I see such problems, I will try to look for solutions to them, not not that the system is perfect or that my decisions are always without mistake.

Unfortunately, we all see that there is a too high dose of mistrust, suspicion, cooperation does not work very well. I see a very high concentration area of power, meaning everyone wants to talk to the minister for any problem. Nobody trusts to discuss with other institutions, with the teacher, the school director, with the inspector, with the ministry directors, with the state secretaries. They all want to talk to the minister what shows me that the system does not work well“, explained David.
