The Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest has announced how many places are available for license, master and doctoral programs and how admission will take place in 2025. And this year at two of the faculties the admission takes place on the basis of a written exam.

The University offers, in total, over 12,000 places for the academic year 2025-2026, at the university degree, master and doctoral programs. Entries are made exclusively online.
7,634 seats are available for license programs. These are 35 license programs with teaching in Romanian, English, French or German, of which 25 programs for the form of frequency and 10 – at a distance and with reduced frequency. About 3,000 of the proposed places are on the budget.
ASE Bucharest has the following faculties: business administration, with teaching in foreign languages; Public administration and management; Bucharest Business School; Business and tourism; Cybernetics, statistics and economic computer science; Accounting and management computer science; Justice; Agri -food economy and environment; Theoretical and applied economy; Finances, insurance, banks and stock exchanges; Management; Marketing; International Economic Relations.
Registrations for the university license programs take place exclusively online, between July 3 and 10, 2025.
For admission to the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics (CSIE) and the Law Faculty, the candidates will take written exam. In CSIE, the exam consists of a grid test in the mathematical discipline, and at the Law Faculty the written exam consists in a grid test in the Romanian language and economy disciplines.
81 master’s degree programs, seven MBA programs, 12 doctoral programs
Entries for the 81 master’s degree programs are carried out between July 17-21. There are 4,154 places available, in Romanian, English, French or German, of which, the university representatives transmitted, about half are financed from the budget.
“ASE is the only university in the country that runs MBA programs. The offer of the seven MBA programs, organized through the Faculty of Bucharest Business School, includes a number of 226 places ”said ASE.
For the doctorate, ASE offers 12 programs, in the fundamental fields economic sciences and law. 352 places are available, and the registrations, which are also made online, are made between July 12 and 16.
