The District 1 Court validated a birth with a surrogate mother, declaring her the biological mother of the child to a woman other than the one who brought it to the world.

A family of Romanians who appealed to the services of a carrier mother demanded that the surrogate mother, the one who gave birth to the child, to be radiated from the birth certificate, and in the document to be passed the mother from which the biological material used at Designing the child, according to Freedom.

In the process opened by the child through his father, the surrogate mother agreed that her name would be radiated from the birth certificate and natural mother to be noted as the biological mother.
Another man intervened in the trial, the biased mother-in-law, who asked the judge to find that “The minor is his son ”, living with the woman who gave birth to the child.
