Nicușor Dan, the general mayor of the Capital and an independent candidate for the presidential elections, says that a summary of the Supreme Council of the Country (CSAT) is required.

He stated, on B1 TV, that we are at a complicated time, in which a worldwide rebalancing is tried, and the information must be shared by CSAT members.
“Yes, a CSAT call is necessary, but calmly. In order to analyze the whole context, the CSAT does not have to discuss rumors or look at statements very much. We must look at the facts and yes, we live in a complicated moment when trying to rebalance world power and then all this information must be shared by the members of the CSAT, information that the interim president has on diplomatic channels“, Nicușor Dan said.
The independent candidate in the presidential elections also commented on the interview of the president of the RCC, Marian Enache, who explained why the presidential elections were canceled. In his opinion, these explanations are not sufficient, given the reaction of the people.
“I can say that it is enough or not enough. It is important whether people are convinced or not. And they are not convinced at this time. If we look at the polls there are at least 60% of Romanians who say they are not convinced“, Said Nicușor Dan.
The state must clarify who has financed Georgescu’s campaign
Nicușor Dan says that the state institutions must determine what campaign costs Călin Georgescu had and where he obtained funding.
“As long as the Romanian state cannot prove who paid, who paid, how much this advertising cost, everything remains in an area of speculation that does not convince people. And then, I said this many times, the Romanian state must clarify. And when I say the Romanian state I mean the AEP, ANAF, parquet and services”, Said the general mayor of the capital.
