Only one in ten student managed to solve a correct writing exercise from the simulation of the national evaluation 2025 in Romanian language and literature. Most have encountered difficulties in choosing the correct form of frequently used words, according to EDUPU.
The results of the simulation in the Romanian language show that a seemingly simple exercise gave great headaches to the students. It is about the subject IB, point 8, where they had to choose the correct form between variants such as “you/ti”, “children/children”, “la/to” and “ale/ai”.

According to official data, only 11.22% of the students correctly solved all the requirements, while 86.35% missed at least one answer. Also, 2.42% of students failed to correctly identify any variant. According to the scale, each correct answer was punctuated separately.

The problems did not stop here. In the second subject, where the students had to write a composition of at least 150 words about the poetry awake by Lucian Blaga, over 42% of the participants did not write the requested text, thus losing the related score.

However, the general results of the simulation are not disastrous. Of the more than 160,000 corrected works, 64% obtained grades over 5, showing that most students managed to pass this test.
