The Ministry of Education and Research has announced that 447 examination centers are organized throughout the country.

“According to the data registered and transmitted by the county commissions/Commission of the Bucharest School Inspectorate (ISMB), about 108,000 candidates (over 94,400 candidates from the current promotion and over 13,800 candidates from the previous series) will participate. unpromoted samples ”, The MEC representatives announced.

How access takes place

The candidates who have registered for the support of the written tests are expected in the halls until at the latest at 8.30. The samples start at 9.00. Access takes place on the basis of a valid identity document.

For the drafting of a written work/Solving the topics are provided three (3) hours, calculated from the moment the distribution of the topics in the examination room was concluded. The extension (with no more than two hours) benefits the candidates to whom the request has been approved by the county commissions, in accordance with the procedure for ensuring the conditions for equalizing the chances for students with visual impairments, hearing impairments and neurodebort disorders, the Ministry’s statement states.

At the end of the conclusion of the test, the works will be scanned in the presence of the candidates, the evaluation being carried out, as last year and as the national simulation, in the digital system, being randomly distributed to teachers outside the county where the exam is taken.

The list of forbidden objects

Access to the room is allowed only with the working tools mentioned in procedures. So, “To solve the subjects, the candidates will use only ink or blue paste, and for the execution of the schemes and drawings they will use only black pencil ”states the ministry. For tests written in mathematics and geography, candidates can only call for drawing tools. The paper used is only the one distributed in the exam rooms.

The list of prohibited objects and not accepted documents in the examination room is long, and the breach of prohibitions brings with it both the elimination from the examination room and, implicitly, from the exam, as well as the impossibility of the candidates thus sanctioned to register for the next two sessions of the baccalaureate.

It is forbidden to enter into the examination rooms of some objects (backpacks, backpacks, bags, purses, etc.), as well as any electronic means of calculation, information or communication storage (memory sticks, phones, tablets, etc.). Also, students will be informed that access to rooms, dictionaries, notes, notes, etc. is not allowed.

At the same time, the candidates are forbidden to communicate with each other or with the outside, to transmit or change between them works, siblings, notes or other materials that could be used to solve the topics, for communication inside or with the outside ”, the candidates are warned.

Candidates surprised with objects from the list of those forbidden or surprised in situations from the above mentioned will be eliminated from the exam, whether or not the objects were used and even if the objects were entered by other candidates, the teachers from the commission or other people. “As a result, these candidates no longer have the right to participate in the next two sessions of the baccalaureate exam”, the ministry also informs.

Audio-video surveillance in the exam room

All the exam rooms are supervised audio-video during the samples.

The ministry also came with specification regarding the organization of the educational process for students who did not conclude the courses of the 2024-2025 school year, the 2025 baccalaureate being held after an atypical calendar, in which the oral tests were already supported during the school year, and the written tests were departed, compared to the years.

Regarding the organization of the school program during the period of taking the written tests from this session of the national baccalaureate examination, according to the particularities, the didactic activities can be carried out in asynchronous format and/or the solutions will be identified for the supplementation of the teachers involved in the examination commissions ”,, the ministry also states.

The number of examination centers represents about 30% of the high schools in the country (most selected centers being educational units only with high school).

How to view works to submit the appeals

A novelty is the possibility of candidates to visualize their work in order to submit the appeals.

Candidates may request the view of their own work/works after displaying the initial results, in accordance with the provisions of the procedure established by the National Baccalaureate Commission. When visualizing the work/works, the minor candidate must be accompanied by a parent/legal representative. The submission of the appeals is not conditioned by the visualization of the works. To the same extent, the visualization of the works does not oblige the candidate to submit the appeal ”, specifies MEC.

Candidates who challenge the initial result of the evaluation must complete, sign and submit/transmit by electronic means and a standard declaration in which it is mentioned that they have become aware that the note given as a result of the resolution of the appeal may modify, as the case may be, the initial note, by growth or decrease.

How to communicate the results

As in previous years, the personal data of the candidates will be anonymous. The candidates receive a code, and based on this code they will check, on the day of announcing the results, the notes obtained.

The communication of the results is made anonymized, using the individual codes that replace the names and surnames of the candidates. These codes are distributed to the candidates, based on a signature of receipt, at the first sample they support ”, the ministry states.

The results at the level of the examination centers will be displayed, the lists containing the codes distributed to the students.

For communicating the notes obtained, before the stage of submission and resolution of the appeals, the commissions in the educational units/examination centers print the list of the results of the baccalaureate examination, which includes: the candidate’s code, the educational unit, the county, the promotion, the form of graduate, the specialization, “Success”/”rejected”/”not presented”/”eliminated from the exam”, as the case may be “, he also transmits a mec.

The same will be done with the results following the appeals, publishing the individual codes of the candidates who have filed appeals, the notes obtained from resolving the appeals, in a visible place, on the notice board and on the website of the educational unit.

The results of the national baccalaureate examination of the anonymized candidates are displayed both on the examination page and on the sites of the school inspectorates for a period of 2 years ”, SHe also mentions in the Ministry’s statement.
