A man from Târgu Secuiesc, Covasna County, was preventively arrested, being accused of sexually assaulted, for four years, two minors, with their mother’s consent, and she arrested for complicity.

The Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Târgu Secuiesc District Court informs that the Târgu Secuiesc Court admitted the proposal of the prosecutors and ordered the preventive arrest for 30 days of two defendants for whom, on June 10, the criminal action regarding the commission of two sexual aggression on a minor and two crimes was set to commit this crime.
According to prosecutors, between 2020 and the end of 2024, a 43-year-old man at the beginning of the facts was sexually assaulted two minors with the ages of 11 and 13 years respectively, at that time, taking advantage of the impossibility of defending themselves, all the more so as the latter was in the situation.
The investigators also established that the facts took place with the complicity of the mother of minors. She received the alleged aggressor at her home, where the facts were consumed, although she had learned that the man sexually assaults the two girls.
Prosecutors also accuse the woman that, by not, he gave the man a man “Moral help”.
