Florin Stoican is a geologist, co-founder of Buila Vânturariţa National Park and Văcăreşti Natural Park.

Stoican is also the director of the UNESCO Oltenia aspirant geopark under the mountain, and Bouriaud is also a professor at Stefan cel Mare University in Suceava.
Also, the minister said that Florin Stoican will contribute to identifying the best solutions for professional and visionary administration of forests and national parks in Romania, and Laura Bouriaud will play an essential role in the area of adaptation to climate change.
“Laura and Florin are part of people with great souls and experiences in the field for decades that will help to be found the best solutions for the preservation of nature, health and welfare of Romanians”, Bosoianu said.
On the first day, Diana Buzoianu announced that restructuring will be made and expenses will be reduced.
