The most important modification of the Sport Law is directly concerned on CSA Steaua, because the formulation of “public institutions” in the document was eliminated, which is equivalent to blocking the possibility of promotion in the football superlig for the army football team.
The first to remove the sword, in the Monday meeting of the Parliament, was George Simion (38 years old), the president of Gold – the main opposition party, who took the floor and launched accusations against those who rejected his party amendments, Pro -Steaua.
“I accuse you of trafficking in influence for the law you are going to promote for a certain sports club, against the natural interests and against an equal unit of measure.
You want to favor a certain non -affidated deputy (Gigi Becali) or a county council president. The way you pass laws through this room is not only criminal but also painful“Said George Simion, whose political movements are directed against the FCSB boss, who left gold, a party on whose lists he was elected in Parliament.
“Shame on you!”
At the stands followed Ciprian Paraschiv, he tuned against the politicians in the Parliament, after the modification of the Sport Law. The deputy from Gold launched charges of “influence trafficking” against Gigi Becali, FCSB funder, and Alfred Simonis, president of the Timiș County Council.
“How desperate you are! Hold the commission meeting, without a commission! A report that is not signed by the Parliament’s staff. Law 69 is the law of sport. It is not the law of Mr. Simonis or Mr. Becali.
We are not talking here about people or interests of clan and more than that, these laws clearly smell of influence and are not for the benefit of Romanians. I did not believe that the legislative procedures, the democratic, natural steps against the public interest could be violated in the Parliament Palace.
You have a law by which 40% of Romanians should be on the playground in team sports. It is a law for our children, who have no political color. I want to see that you are passing it with the same speed. We have the law 4 in which all actors involved, supporters, players, clubs, federations, business environments are involved.
These are beneficial laws, not the misery you will vote! Shame on you!”, Tuned Ciprian Paraschiv in the Monday meeting of the Parliament.
Former footballer Ciprian Paraschiv is the chairman of the Youth and Sport Commission.
