According to the document, if there is an retirement decision, and the employee in question decides to stay in the workplace, then the right to retirement is suspended until he comes out of his activity. Thus, he will not receive a pension at the same time as the salary. The draft law stipulates that employees with retirement decision can extend their activity until the age of 70.

The project also provides for stopping transfers and detachments between institutions.
