Fluffy, aromatic and incredibly easy to make, this recipe brings autumn to the plate without headaches. It is prepared quickly and does not require complicated techniques, ideal for any cooking, regardless of experience.
Required ingredients:
– 3 eggs
– 100 g sugar
– 3 big apples
– 200 g flour
– 80 ml oil
– 80 ml milk
– ½ envelope of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon crushed cinnamon
– brown sugar for apple caramelization
Method of preparation
Prepare the dough: the eggs are beaten well with the mixer, then the sugar, oil and milk are added. Flour, baking powder and cinnamon are gradually incorporated, using a spatula to maintain the aerated composition.
Arrange the apples: clean the shell apples, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Place them in a round tray, lined with baking paper and previously sprinkled with brown sugar.
Bake: Pour the dough over the apples and place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C (with ventilation), for about 18 minutes or until the test with the toothpick passes.
It is overturned: after it has cooled a little, the cake is overturned on a platter. The baking paper is removed and the dessert is ready to serve.
