We will decide today if we will return. My proposal is to return to discussions, to have more meetings this week ”, explained Sorin Grindeanu Monday morning.

The head of the PSD explained that there were recent meetings between the leaders of the coalition, he met even on Sunday night with Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan. I think it is necessary, if you want to promote this two package, not a single meeting today, but more.

“We agree with the whole package of elimination of privileges, all it contains, we agree with the Insolvency Law, we agree with some measures from our health minister. We currently have two issues that are in question and which must be clarified and discussed this week, on the area of fiscal measures.” Sorin Grindeanu also explained.

According to him, the things related to the taxation of the capital, multinational, the proposals already coming from the PSD must be discussed. He is waiting for the clarification of the measures of the Ministry of Finance and that of development.

“We must find a common denominator, what we propose and what comes from the Ministry of Finance or from the Ministry of Development. I think it is necessary to have more meetings this week before promoting this package 2. Why? Because, today, when we talk, we do not have a definitive form, to the Ministry, But this is a first step. Grindeanu said, explaining that the Minister Nazare is expected to present the tax measures of the package II, as well as the data on budget rectification.

Grindeanu also said that if the package was referred to only to eliminate the privileges, it would have already been promoted: “I said two weeks ago and tomorrow, if the issues are assumed to eliminate the privileges, except that this package is not intended to be only on the elimination of privileges we have no divergence, even today.”.
