Alexandru Muraru filed a criminal complaint against the deputy gold Dan Tănasă in which he accuses him of inciting hatred and discrimination, starting from the recent case of aggression against a foreign delivery in Bucharest.

After posting on his Facebook page the harsh accusations against the extremist gold speech, Alexandru Muraru, vice president and PNL deputy, announced on Thursday, August 28, that he submitted a criminal complaint against the deputy Dan Tănasă, invoking the deed to incite hatred, provided by article 369 of the Criminal Code.
Alexandrumuraru accuses the fact that by his public statements, Dan Tănasa would have instigated the discrimination and boycotting of foreign workers. According to the Liberal MP, these statements had direct consequences, reflected in a recent incident in the Capital.
“The public statements of the deputy Gold, by which he urged the boycott and discrimination of foreign workers on criteria of nationality, represents a direct instigation to hatred, with concrete consequences, already materialized by the physical aggression of a deliveror in Bucharest”, Alexandru Muraru said in a press release.
The Liberal deputy believes that he is inadmissible for a people’s choice to use the public position to spread xenophobic messages.
“It is unacceptable for a Romanian parliamentarian to use the public stand to spread xenophobic messages that endanger the safety of people, and this type of behavior must be firmly sanctioned by justice,” he says.
The gold leaders “specialized in the manufacture of artificial crises”
At the same time, Alexandru Muraru draws attention to what he calls the “dwarly dangerous standard”, accusing the formation of political hypocrisy and covering serious facts within his own party, while promoting extremist discourses in the public space.
“Gold orchestrates national scandals on xenophobic themes, while acting concerted to map a serious case spent at their own summer school. In the last days, the golden leaders, George Simion and Dan Tănasa, specialized in the manufacture of artificial crises to instigate the foreigners. Swans, until direct urges to boycott the deliverors who are not Romanian, gold applies a cynical strategy to inject hatred and division into the public space ”, added the PNL MP.
As for the incident, he produced on August 27, when a 20-year-old assaulted a foreign delivery in Bucharest, asking him to return to his country, on the grounds that he would be an “invader”, and filming the whole scene.
A few days before, Dan Tanasa had posted on Facebook the following message: “Refuse the order if it is not delivered by a Romanian. Stop the import of unskilled workers from Asia and Africa. Wake up !!!”.
Deputy Muraru insists that this type of behavior not only should be condemned, but also legally sanctioned.
“In the case of the 17 -year -old who accuses of being raped at the party’s summer school, gold did not ask for justice for the victim, but activated a true” lynching machine “meant to suffocate the truth. On private WhatsApp groups, under the coordination of prominent leaders, including a party vice -president, members are trained to report the posts of public voices, such as Andreea Raicu, who dare to talk about this case ”explained Muraru.
He harshly criticized this attitude that he considers as “the most toxic form of political hypocrisy”: “Gold makes a national circus for a swan, but activates a mafia machine to bury a case in which a minor was, it seems, the victim of a rape committed by the party. Where is patriotism here? Anti-Western, to throw us into the arms of the Kremlin. ”
