CFR Cluj and UTA Arad finished the duel in the 10th stage of Superliga, final score 1-1. For “railways”, Slimani and Zouma debuted, who walked on the field in the second half.

CFR, in a weak period, met one of the surprise teams of the season, UTA Arad. The match started better for the guests, because in the sixth minute, Tzionis escaped alone, but could not complete.
After that moment, CFR balanced the game and Emerlahu had two big opportunities, but both kits were completely uninspired, besides the gate (minutes 23 and 30).
In the second half, CFR continued to attack. Emerllahu passed Korenica, but he could not defeat the goalkeeper Iliev. Shortly after, UTA opened the score.
Tzionis shot, and the defender Coco deviated the ball in his own gate. It is the second consecutive match with misfortune for him, after the last stage had caused a penalty.
The Cluj people reacted quickly and, in the 60th minute, Biliboc scored with a nice shot, after a pass from Slimani. CFR pressed to the end, and Slimani was close to the goal, but in the 85th minute he sent his head directly into the arms of the opponent’s goalkeeper.
The match ended 1-1. CFR Cluj remains 11th in the ranking of the internal competition, with only 8 points, while the UTA is 7th, with 15 points, two behind the play-off area.
In the next stage, CFR plays the derby with “U” Cluj, and UTA receives the visit from Csikszereda.
