On Wednesday, October 22, the 28th episode of season 8 Asia Express – The Road of Heroes was broadcast. A team, which reached Irina Fodor last, escaped elimination.

In yesterday’s show, after the test at the mud baths, the teams had to quickly find a hitchhiking car and get to the next checkpoint, where a new challenge awaited them: preparing the famous Vietnamese coffee with egg, according to Antena 1, the TV station that broadcasts Asia Express.
At the square, the teams were waiting for Irina Fodor and those who did not participate in the race (Emil and Alejandro, but also Anda Adam and Joseph).
The first to arrive were Dan Alexa and Gabi Tamaș, followed by Alexandru Ion and Ștefan Floroaica.
“It was really cool, beautiful scenery, mud baths… this experience was one of the best! I liked the diving the most”Dan said, visibly excited.
The last to arrive were Karmen Simionescu and Olga Barcari, who arrived last at Irina Fodor’s.
After congratulating everyone for their efforts, Irina Fodor announced that the decisive moment was coming: the opening of the box containing the medal that determines whether the team in last place stays in the competition or goes home.
“I’m fine, but I don’t want to cry before”Olga said, trying to control her emotions. “If it’s green, it’s good…if not, that’s it”Karmen added, her voice shaking.
Irina gave them the key and allowed them to open the box. After a few seconds of suspense, Olga happily exclaimed: “We’re going to struggle a little more… it’s green! We’re not going home!”
