The decision was handed down on Wednesday, November 12, after the receiver requested the opening of bankruptcy proceedings, arguing that the association could no longer pay its debts and did not comply with the previously approved reorganization plan.
“Unfortunately, the obligations assumed by the reorganization plan were not fulfilled. Under these conditions, we request the opening of bankruptcy proceedings“, the judicial administrator sent, according to ProSport.
End of the road for “Dinamo Badea”
Founded in 2010, ACS FC Dinamo went into insolvency in the very first year of its existence. Over the years, the club gradually phased out the activity of the senior team in League 3, due to financial problems.

With the court’s decision, all the goods and assets of the association will be put up for public auction, and the sums obtained will go to the creditors who still have money to recover.
Among them is the night club of the Săftica sports base, owned by ACS FC Dinamo, but currently used by the Superliga club.
Although the sports activity is almost non-existent, ACS FC Dinamo only has a few junior groups, the association still owned the “Fotbal Club Dinamo” brand and the coat of arms with the two dogs, iconic symbols also used by the Super League team.
Two Dinamo clubs are still alive
After the collapse of ACS FC Dinamo, only two entities still officially bear the name “Dinamo”:
- SC Dinamo 1948 SA – the team that evolves in the Super League and that came out of insolvency this summer, after four years of reorganization;
- CS Dinamo Bucharest – the club of the Ministry of the Interior, located in League 2.
