The Tinmar Foundation continues its commitment to education and performance by expanding the “Education for the Future” programwhich supports excellence among Romanian students.
. This year, Iasi county becomes the epicenter of a new stage of the project, by awarding 1,110 merit scholarships to students with outstanding academic results, coming from all the localities of the county.
The total value of the program for Iași County amounts to 560,000 euros, each scholarship holder will benefit from:
- 500 euro merit scholarship, awarded for exceptional school results;
- Pluxee educational vouchers worth 2,000 lei, intended for the purchase of supplies, books and school materials;
- free access to a digital learning platform, worth 100 euros per scholarship holder, through which each student can develop new skills and extracurricular skills.
The “Education for the Future” program, initiated by the Tinmar Foundation, aims to provide equal opportunities for education and support young performers who can become Romania’s future leaders, innovators and professionals.

“We firmly believe that investing in education is the most valuable bet we can make for the future of this country. We are happy that, through this program, we can encourage over a thousand young people from Iași to follow their potential and continue on the path to performance,” said Ovidiu Filip, Vice President of the Tinmar Foundation.
The ambassador of the program, Selly, one of the most influential young people in Romania, continues to inspire the participants and support the importance of digital education, perseverance and personal development.
“Real education is not just about good grades, but also the ability to discover your passions and build your future. I’m glad to be part of this project that gives young people the chance to learn, improve and dream bigger,” Selly said during the program.
Launched in 2023, the “Education for the Future” project has become one of the largest private initiatives in Romania dedicated to supporting school performance, surpassing the threshold of 5,000 scholarships awarded nationally, with a cumulative impact of over 2.5 million euros.
Through this initiative, the Tinmar Foundation reaffirms its mission to support education as a fundamental pillar of social progress and Romania’s sustainable future.
