On April 16, NIBIRU is preparing one of the most important announcements for the 2026 summer season, expanding the lineup to over 200 Romanian and international artists and consolidating the project’s positioning as one of the biggest entertainment hubs on the coast.
For approximately 4 hours, in a live broadcast on YouTube, Selly will announce two new festivals, more than 80 artists and experiences that complete the NIBIRU summer 2026 calendar.
Live has an interactive format where the audience goes live and participates in real time. Users guess the artists in the lineup and win prizes on the spot, and the entire announcement process turns into a show built on engagement and the excitement of the moment.
Two new festivals, an extended summer of events
The two new concepts that will be revealed on Thursday, April 16, complete an already outlined calendar, built on several types of audiences and experiences:
GALAXY (July 17–19) GALAXYwill officially open the series of great festivals and transform NIBIRU into the epicenter of summer, during three days where tropical energy, music and immersive experiences meet on the seaside. With a line-up that combines international headliners – HUGEL, Ozuna and Nicky Jam among the first confirmed artists – and local artists, the event builds a continuous rhythm, from sunset to sunrise, redefining the idea of partying as a complete experience.
NEBULA X (July 24–26) brings to the fore the electronic scene, with a focus on EDM, techno and house, in a format designed for the international club and festival audience.
K-POP Days (August 1–2) introduces a pilot format dedicated to the K-pop community – a growing audience, testing the potential of a segment with global visibility.
The Artist Awards (5–6 August) combines live concerts with an entertainment industry award system, connecting artists, influencers and audiences in one format.
RETROGRADES (August 28–30) closes the season with a concept focused on 2000s culture, featuring international artists such as Timbaland, Fat Joe and Busta Rhymes.

The calendar is complemented by special events, including the Gipsy Kings concert on August 9 and themed evenings dedicated to Balkan and Mediterranean cultures: Greek Night & Gipsy Fire Party (August 21). From energy and unconventional culinary experiences, to spectacular night shows, each festival brings its own identity and contributes to the diversity of a project built for different audiences, but united by the same desire: memorable experiences.
€615,000 in prizes and real-time participation
In partnership with eMAG, the April 16 live includes activations in an interactive format. Participants will enter contests with prizes ranging from premium gadgets and tech products to partner benefits.
In total, 111,395 prizes will be offered to users registered on www.nibiru.net, with a total value of approximately 615,000 euros, of which 111,000 discount codes for NIBIRU festivals, 362 free tickets, as well as special prizes such as 3 iPhone 17, 3 AirPods 4 headphones, a MacBook Neo laptop, 3 JBL Flip 7 portable speakers, 3 Fujifilm cameras Instax Mini and 20 eMAG vouchers.
The format transforms the public from an audience into an active participant, and the value of the prizes, along with the real-time involvement, positions it among the most extensive digital activations in Romania.
Accessibility: experiences from 49 lei
The NIBIRU model differentiates itself through the diversity of experiences, and accessibility remains a central pillar of the project. Tickets for certain events start at 49 lei, and an important part of the experience will be accessible for free in the promenade area, where the public can participate in concerts and live shows, including on the main stage.
Dedicated areas, such as the NIBIRU Brewery, extend the experience through concerts and activations in a relaxed setting, aimed at a wide audience.

A new model of entertainment on the coast
Through the combination of thematic festivals, international artists, accessibility and continuous content, NIBIRU strengthens its position as one of the most ambitious entertainment projects in Romania. Direct audience involvement defines this model and aligns it with the way the industry works today, where the experience is co-constructed with the participants.
The April 16 live becomes a show in itself, built on interactivity and direct participation. The audience enters the game, influences the unfolding, experiences the thrill of discovery and receives prizes on the spot, in a format that turns communication into an experience.
About NIBIRU
NIBIRU is an entertainment project developed on the Romanian coast, in the Costinești area, designed as an integrated ecosystem that brings together festivals, concerts and thematic experiences in an extended summer calendar. The 2026 season includes 46 days of events and over 200 Romanian and international artists, distributed on multiple stages and formats.
Through the combination of global lineup, diversity of concepts and digital engagement mechanisms, the project attracts audiences from outside the country and positions itself in a wider circuit of summer entertainment destinations. Access starts from 49 lei, and part of the experience remains open to the general public, which supports the increase in tourist flows and the expansion of notoriety. Through this structure, NIBIRU contributes to the consolidation of a relevant image for seaside entertainment and to the integration of Romania in the international dynamics of the events industry.
