Video Florin Salam, criticized online after a show for which he collected 25,000 euros: “You only get howls like mammoths!”

A video filmed at a private event where Florin Salam performed with his band has sparked controversy online. Discussions flared up around the amount the artist would have received for his artistic performance, considered by many to be extremely high for “deafening roars, like mammoths”, as the person who shared the footage wrote.

Considered one of the most well-known and appreciated party music performers in Romania, Florin Salam is frequently requested at private events, where his rates are commensurate with his popularity. However, not everyone who listens to him thinks the asking price is justified.

In the images recently published online, the maneleist appears with his band during an event. According to the person who distributed the clip, the artist’s colleagues would have supported most of the program, and Florin Salam would have intervened only at certain moments.

The internet user who posted the footage claims that the artist would have received 25,000 euros for approximately four hours of singing and declared himself extremely dissatisfied with the performance offered.

“You give 25,000 euros for four hours of “music” and you only get deafening, mammoth howls! Is it really worth paying a fortune for something like that?”, he wrote on TikTok.

The topic generated reactions online, where opinions were divided. While some justified the netizen and criticized the artist’s performance, others argued that Florin Salam deserves his fee due to his notoriety and high demand for private events.

The controversy comes shortly after a 40-year-old man, known in the underworld as Fane Văncică, made statements about the impressive monthly income that the artist would obtain. During a live on TikTok, he stated that Florin Salam would collect approximately 50,000 euros per day.

“50,000 euros a day. One and a half million euros a month. I swear if he earns all 90% of these votes in Romania, if he earns what Salam earns in a month”, said Fane Vancica, quoted by Știrile Pro TV.
