Canadian musician Neil Young is afraid that he could prove to return to the United States after his European tour this summer or even worse, he could end in prison because of his criticisms of President Donald Trump.

The well-known musician Neil Young, who has double citizenship, Canadian and American, known for his critical positions against President Donald Trump, has expressed his concerns about the strict immigration policy and the censorship promoted by the new administration.

“It seems that those who freely express their own opinions are now vulnerable to an non-existent law of Trump that makes it possible to go to prison or to be retained, punished in a way because you do not show loyalty to what?”

In a post on his official website, Neil Young, now 79 years old, referred to the recent restraints and deportations of people who criticized the Trump administration, because in some situations the measures of the US authorities have targeted people who were refused to enter the US for unclear or unspecified reasons, according to The Guardian.

“If I believe that Donald Trump is the worst president in the history of our great countries would prevent me from returning, what does this say about freedom? … Do you remember freedom of expression?”, the artist wrote.

In this context, Neil Young expressed his fear that his critical statements to Donald Trump could place him on the list of banned people in the US. That’s right, good people.
