The distribution of students in the places available in the high school, depending on the average of admission and options, reveals problematic situations again. For the high schools in the Top 3, an average of less than 9.60 did not give the candidates the opportunity to become students here. Even for the high school from the 20th place (theoretical High School “Traian” Constanța, according to the list according to the last average of admission given to the public by the Ministry of Education and Research) an average of 9.20 was too small to be admitted.

The MEC statistics show that most admitted students have the average between 8 and 9, 20. 454 students with averages during this time were admitted to theoretical high schools and another 4,447, on technological profile. As expected, none of the 82 students admitted to the average 10 opted for the technological chain.

Between 9 and 10, 20,454 candidates were admitted to theoretically and only 240 opted for technological. As the environments decrease, the proportion between theoretically and technologically begin to change. Between the average of 7-8, 12,307, the candidates were admitted to theoretically and 10,867 to the technological, so that from the average of the average 6-7 things will change in favor of the technological: 6,294 candidates admitted to theoretically and 12.310 to the technological for the 6-6.99 range. Between 5-6 average, only 3,520 students were admitted on the basis of the theoretical and 9,656 options, so that from the students with average below 5 distributed, almost 2,000 (1,939) will be distributed to theoretically and 7,309 to technological.

Over 3,400 gymnasium graduates are forced either to wait for the second distribution stage, or to go to private units, because based on the average of the National Assessment 2025 and their options were not distributed in this session.

Constanta County has the most unrepertized students – 11.1% of the total of those registered for distribution, followed by Brasov – 10.8% and Alba – 7.6%.

Of the 3,442 non -distributed, three have average over 9; 63 have average between 8 and 9; 259 have average between 7 and 7.99; 538 have average between 6 and 6.99; 1,261 have average between 5 and 5.99 and 1,318 have average lower than 5.

Also the statistics of the ministry show that 43.60% (48,912) of the candidates were admitted at the first option, 10.57% at the second option, 7.07% at the third option, 5.53% at the fourth option, 4.59% at the fifth option, and over a quarter (28%, 64%), at the sixth option or more.

Of the 10,566 candidates who obtained at the average national assessment below 5, only 1,318 are forced to wait for the next distribution stage. 9,248 were instead admitted, most of the technological chain – 7,309 and 1,939 on the theoretical chain. 5,863 candidates with average below 5 will learn in high school in the rural areas, and 3,385 in high schools with technological profile.

The distributed students can be presented, from July 24, 2025 and until July 29, 2025, for submitting the registration files to the high school. But not everyone will do this, so on July 29, the list of free places in high school will be published again, which will also include the remaining places following the non -compliance with the candidates admitted in this admission stage.
