Filling the file is an essential step in the process of admission in the 9th grade, and any mistake or option can lead to an unwanted distribution or even non-dispensation.
Between July 14 – July 21, 2025, students and parents complete the registration sheet, in the presence of the manager.
Hierarchy and admission media
According to official data, the number of average between 8.50 and 10 is higher now than 2024, which can change the positions in the hierarchy and implicitly the entrance environments at the top high schools, especially in Bucharest. The students and their parents are advised to carefully analyze the county hierarchy before completing the file.
The Secretary of State for pre -university education, Sorin Ion, warned that admission environments from previous years are indicative and may vary significantly. “Do not take this average good, as if this year I have 9.25 I will enter for this high school, that last year it has entered with 9.20. The variations can be from negligible to some quite important ones”, he explained to TVR Info.
How the computed distribution algorithm works
Students are ordered descending after the average of admission.
Each student is analyzed in order, and the system checks the first option: if there are places, the student is distributed. If not, you move on to the next option.
If none of the options have places available, the student is not distributed.
The average of admission is the arithmetic mean of the notes obtained in the samples of the national evaluation, calculated with two decimals, without rounding.
