Adriana Bahmuțeanu, who won a lawsuit against Honorius and Silvius Prigoană, the older step -brothers in which his two sons live with Silviu Prigoană, protested on Monday, April 7, before the Bucharest Court.
Alongside her, Oana Ioniță, choreographer, “baby” known because of the show “Cronica Cârcotașilor”, but also two other mothers, one of them being Ana Bahmuţean, the former wife of Adrian’s first husband. On this occasion, the former TV presenter drew attention not only to his case, but the phenomenon of parental alienation in Romania, whose consequences, she says, are minimized, although they are devastating for children and for family relationships.
Adrian Bahnuţeanu tries to take his children home, after, following the death of Siviu Prigoană, she remained their only parent. However, the two boys refuse to leave the current house, where they live with their older step -brothers, Honorius and Silvius Prigoană.
In this context, Adriana Bahnuţeanu, who believes that Maximus and Eduard are influenced by the two older sons of the well -known businessman, went out to protest in the street, in front of the Bucharest Court, for the rights of mothers.
“Stop of abuse of children! Magistrates, apply the law” and “Leave the children next to their parents!
“We came here today to support Ana Bahmuțeanu, who has been judging for six years to hold their own child. We came on behalf of all those who feel unjustified because they are alienated by their own children. We ask the magistrates, the prosecutors to apply the law. said Adriana Bahmuțeanu, in a video posted on her Facebook account.
“A process for the rights of the child should have a maximum of two months, not years”
The choreographer Oana Ioniță, known to the public for the role of “baby” that she had in the show “Cronica Cârcotaşilor”, said she was facing a similar situation and that for six months she faced “an emotional carousel”.

“Today is Maxim’s day. I spent three days with him. I’m glad I have three days at two weeks, but it doesn’t seem normal. I would like these days to be much longer, to have much more time with him, because this is normal. I claim to apply the law, because we have a law. The process for the rights of the child should have a maximum of two months, not years.
It was a ping-pong, an emotional carousel. Six months I didn’t see my baby. Then I made a presidential ordinance that judged after a few months. I arrived at three days every two weeks. Maxim is great, yes, he has the right to choose, but the court knows that an adult is much more aware and knows how to choose for his child. When it stays longer with the other adult, the child gets to be alienated. You no longer talk to the child, you talk to the other adult through your own child. It is an endless war, which is why I ask this law to be implemented ”, said Oana Ioniţă.
