Adriana Bahmuțeanu’s lawyer announced that she legally requested the return of the children to the mother’s home, and in this sense she also filed criminal complaints, Antena 3 CNN reports.
Silviu Prigoană’s ex-wife requested the issuance of a presidential order for the court to establish that she is the sole representative of the two minors, and their domicile must be with the mother, being the only living parent.
He also sent an open letter to Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu:
“Dear Mr. Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, a grieving mother is writing to you, with a broken heart, because she cannot hold her orphaned children, shocked by the sudden death of their father, walking through the cemetery at night in a macabre ritual and indoctrinated to hate and stay away from me!
A journalist with 33 years of experience is writing to you, disgusted by the empty promises of politicians who dream of suspended highways, green horses on the walls, a Romania educated by functional illiterates or criminals who have reached public positions!
I am writing to you on behalf of the 500,000 children in extreme poverty, who go to bed without eating or receive a corner of bread and tea for dinner, but also on behalf of the 2 million children alienated from their parents, walking from Ana to Caiafa through the courts, poisoned to hate their own parents and for whom the State does nothing.
I know, these campaign promises don’t get any ratings on TV, they don’t bring any votes, just as I know well that the child protection system is a purely formal institution, dust in the eyes of the suckers from the EU, where those from the active party to cut leaves at the dogs.
I am writing to you on behalf of the millions of children beaten, abused in their own families by toxic, cursed or neglected parents, I am writing to you in black and white, loud and pressed, that it is time to take a stand because the State does nothing.
Mr. Prime Minister, how could Romania prosper, be an oasis of stability if the next generation is not protected by the authorities??? How could we raise happy children if the State does not intervene in situations of abuse??? I am writing to you as a psychologist who knows that a child’s emotional stability is the key to a successful life!!!
I am writing to ask you, to beg you to take urgent measures both for my children sequestered in a house by some psychopaths who will do anything for money, for wealth, who can even stage a car accident to escape from younger brothers and keep everything for them, please take action for the hundreds of children in similar situations, whose mothers are as desperate as I am!!!
Who is responsible, Mr. Ciolacu, if something happens to my boys???
