Adriana Bahmuțeanu is disappointed not only by the way justice works in Romania, after losing custody of the two boys she has with Silviu Prigoană at the first instance, but also by the behavior of her children. Although she would have liked to have them with her during the winter vacation in Europe, because on New Year’s Eve she presented a big party in Brussels, they refused to accompany her, writes Click!.
“I haven’t seen the children this year, I haven’t been in touch with them. I called them, but they didn’t answer. They are very manipulated by older siblings and are very alienated. I wanted to take them abroad, on vacation, to Europe, to spend a few days together, and they didn’t want to go“, Adrian Bahmuțeanu complained.
The star believes that the children’s place is next to their mother, because the two older brothers, Silviu Prigoană’s children from a previous marriage, have their own families and will not be able to give them the necessary attention and care.
“I am extremely disappointed with the way the judicial system works in Romania because what is happening is not right from any point of view. There are two teenagers left unsupervised in a house where, legally, no one lives anymore because the owner has died. And it obviously suits them because they are big, they want to stay with their older brothers. I don’t know what’s going on in that house, I don’t know who’s watching them. The older brothers also, in turn, have families, so I doubt that they will look after my children around the clock”, said Adriana Bahmuțeanu at the beginning of this year.
“I appealed”
Adriana Bamuțeanu does not give up and does not give up. He proposed to go directly to the European Court of Human Rights if he does not find a solution in a short time at the court, because he believes that his parental rights have been restricted, given that he is the only parent of the two boys he has has with Silviu Prigoană.
“I remain optimistic, because things will change. I have appealed this sentence of the distinguished judge, and if my appeal is not granted, although we have every chance that it will be granted, because neither I nor my half-brothers have requested a visitation schedule, no one has requested a visitation schedule and the judge gave me visitation schedule.
I am the only parent, practically the only one, on the planet with full parental rights who has visitation with my own children. I’m going to appeal, and if the appeal doesn’t work either, I’ll go straight to the ECHR, because I have every chance of winning at the ECHR!
Practically, through this sentence, my rights guaranteed by the civil code, those of parental authority, were restricted. I cannot at this moment exercise my parental authority, be the parent of my own children who, I pray, are rebellious, they are teenagers, they dream of airplanes, that it is a critical age, I cannot have them under parental control.
As a result, we see what happens. I am very disappointed with the way the state institutions work, but nothing surprises me anymore in Romania. Since the elections are also cancelled, I am no longer surprised by anything. I hope that in the end justice will be done”, she stated.
