AEP hosts polling stations for the elections in Moldova

The Permanent Electoral Authority will host, on November 3, two polling stations organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in its headquarters in Bucharest, facilitating the right to vote for Moldovan citizens in Romania.

The Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP) announces that, on November 3, 2024, it will host two polling stations, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Romania, in its headquarters on Eugeniu Carada street no. 1, Sector 3. These sections will facilitate the exercise of the right to vote for Moldovan citizens who are in the capital of Romania.

In addition to the precincts in the AEP headquarters, Moldovans living in Bucharest will have the opportunity to vote in a second precinct, which will be located in the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova, on Stavropoleos street no. 6, Sector 3, also on November 3.

The President of AEP, Toni Greblă, emphasized the importance of this initiative and reaffirmed Romania’s commitment to strengthen collaboration with the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Moldova. This cooperation is focused on improving the electoral process and ensuring an efficient administration of the elections, thus strengthening the links between the two states in the democratic field.
