A Cluj was caught by ANAF with undeclared revenues of 172 million lei, the largest case ever discovered in individuals. In total, three people from Cluj hid 337 million lei.

ANAF registered a record in the second quarter in control of natural persons with big assets, after verifying and discovered, in Cluj-Napoca county, people with revenues and over 100 million lei for which the related taxes were not paid, according to profit.ro.
The most shocking case is that of a Cluj in which ANAF identified, following the control, revenues of 172 million lei.
Only three people from Cluj, ANAF found total non-declared revenues of 337 million lei and has now established 93 million lei.
For comparison, in the first quarter of the year, the biggest case found was that of a Bucharestian from Sector 4, with undeclared revenues of 7.5 million lei.
The case is not the only one discovered in Cluj
The second case as a dimension in the second quarter is also from Cluj, with 130.7 Miloons lei undeclared income, while the third, also from Cluj, is 34.4 million lei undeclared revenues.
The three cases from Cluj have climbed to a record level the results of the direction that deals with the control of the incomes of the natural persons.
The number of controls was in the second quarter of 167, compared to 132 in the first quarter of this year, and the number of tax decisions of 41, compared to 53.
The revenues found in addition to controls, however, were 398 million lei (337 lei being only the three cases from Cluj), compared to 81.5 million lei in the first three months of the year. Overall, ANAF established tax receivables of 167.3 million lei.
ANAF established the three Clujians 93 million lei of payment, of which 39.3 million lei are accessories (interest and penalties).
