At the Baccalaureate exam 2024 autumn session, 16,522 candidates took the mandatory profile test. In percentage terms, it is about 82.1% of the total of 20,119 candidates registered to support it, the Ministry of Education announced in a press release.

According to official data centralized not long ago, 3,585 candidates were declared absent and 12 candidates were disqualified for fraud or attempted fraud. “We remind you that, depending on the results obtained in the previous sessions and recognized as such, following express requests, the number of candidates present at each test differs (in other words, the more than 33,600 registered candidates take the full or partial exam”the Ministry also announces.
The subjects and the correction scale were published by the National Center for Evaluation and Policies in Education, at 15:00, on the dedicated website.
Conditions for passing the Baccalaureate exam
At the Baccalaureate exam, candidates who simultaneously meet the following conditions are declared passed:
- they took the competency assessment tests;
- they took all the written tests and received at least a grade of 5 in each of them, respectively they obtained at least an average of 6.

The display of the first results, anonymized in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), will take place on Monday, August 26, until 12:00. Appeals can be submitted on the same day, between 12:00 and 18:00, both in standard format (at exam centers) and electronically.
Candidates contesting the initial assessment result must complete, sign and submit/send by electronic means a standard declaration stating that they are aware that the mark awarded as a result of the resolution of the appeal may, as the case may be, change the mark initial, by increasing or decreasing.
The final results will be announced on Friday, August 30.
