Baccalaureate 2025. Competences in foreign language, equated with six new exams

The Ministry of Education has introduced 6 new exams for English and one for the German language on the list of exams that can be recognized and equivalent to the evaluation of the linguistic skills from the baccalaureate exam.

The competences in the foreign and digital language can be equivalent until June 6, and the students already registered in the training programs can come with the certificates until the date of the written test of the baccalaureate exam.

The Order of the Minister of Education, Research, Youth and Sport regarding the recognition and equivalence of the results obtained for international recognition for certification of linguistic skills in foreign languages ​​and to exams with European recognition for the certification of digital skills with the evaluation of the language skills The framework of the baccalaureate exam, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 701 of October 20, 2010, with the subsequent modifications and completions, are completed as follows:

Baccalaureate 2025. Sample calendar, summer session

  • May 30 – June 4, 2025: Supporting samples A, B, C, D for students beneficiaries of study scholarships abroad
  • June 2-6 2025: Signing candidates to the written tests of the first exam session
  • June 6, 2025: End of courses for the 12th grade/XIII
  • June 10, 2025: Romanian language and literature – EA test) – written test
  • June 11, 2025: Mandatory profile test – EC sample) – written test
  • June 13, 2025: Sample of choice of profile and specialization – ED test) – written test
  • June 16, 2025: Maternal language and literature – EB test) – written test
  • June 20, 2025: ⁠ Afrating the results to the written tests, visualizing the written works and submitting the appeals
