Calin Georgescu arrives on Monday in front of the judges, after challenging the judicial control

Calin Georgescu is expected on Monday at the headquarters of the District Court 1, where he submitted a few days to the measure of judicial control, in the file in which he is criminally investigated for six offenses, among which instigate actions against the constitutional order.

The process is scheduled for 13:00.

Călin Georgescu, a former candidate for the presidential elections, was placed last Wednesday under judicial control by the prosecutors from the General Prosecutor’s Office for a period of 60 days, he has several prohibitions, among whom he left the country without approving the judicial authorities, and is not allowed to post on the social networks, as a legionary character, Agerpres.

Georgescu is prosecuted for committing six crimes, the most serious being that of notifying actions against the constitutional order, in tempted form.

Specifically, Georgescu is accused of setting up a plan to destabilize Romania with the help of mercenaries led by Horaţiu Potra, after the Constitutional Court annulled the results of the first tour of the presidential elections.
