“There are no protests, discomfort is created. I saw some images that some rocks fell. However, life is a priority, as in the case of drugs. I believe that the right to life is the first right we have. (…) Together with Mr. Grindeanu, we analyzed that part of the works should be done at night, but they must be done, it was obvious that it would create discomfort.
