“I apply. In addition to what I want for the sector6 and Bucharest, I still have a political project that I keep a lot: the National Liberal Party to regain the confidence of the Romanians, in general, and of the Bucharest people, in particular. I am aware that this may depend on me. Returning to PNL in 2016, after a career independent of politics and, since then, I have dedicated my professional life to Bucharest and Sector 6 “wrote Ciprian Ciucu on Facebook.
“There is a difficult time for the country but also for us”
The mayor of Sector 6, of which “Adevărul” wrote on Thursday that he will be supported by the organizations in the region for the position of PNL first vice-president, says he would be honored to be part of the national management team of the PNL.
“I lived difficult moments, but also moments that gave me the hope that yes, it can. The National Liberal Party may be on the good side of things, as it has been so many times in its long history! We need a strong team to combine the experience with the results demonstrated, made up of people who have passed the vote test, who already enjoy the confidence of their communities. There is a difficult time for the country as well as for us. We must find our relevance, adapt to a political context in which the classic parties have lost their traditional voters (throughout Europe). We bet with history and we will only win if we respect the Romanians and if we prove that we have the power to reform in the coming years to deserve your trust. I would be honored to be part of this team if I get the support of my colleagues tomorrow to become the first vice-president of our party ”said Ciucu.

“Reduced social danger”
But a judge found that “Reduced social danger” of the deed of which the stern was accused, respectively hit and other violence, “It is in a clear disproportion with the efforts necessary for the criminal prosecution bodies for carrying out the criminal trial”.
In other words, the Romanian state appreciated that the money spent with a process at the end of which the stern is punished is not justified in relation to the severity of the consequences with a low social danger.
